We have been thinking about how to provide high quality products to our customers regardless of location, sales channel, business type, or price.
Our important measure is not the size of the company or the number of stores, but the orders and support we receive from customers who visit our stores or via the Internet, where we cannot see the customer's face.
We believe that a company's attitude and policies are reflected in every single product ordered by our customers.
We always check our products from the same point of view as our customers, and we are constantly making " slight" improvements at a level that goes unnoticed, and our policy is to provide our customers with freshly made, outstandingly delicious products.
We also strive to convey the value of our specialties, which are prepared with care and added by professional chefs, to our customers by making the most of the precious ingredients and materials from our many producers and suppliers.
What we can do in the food service industry is to " enhance the value of our dishes" and "provide our customers with freshly prepared and outstandingly delicious products.

創業者略歴
高野夏彦
ロサンゼルス及びニューヨーク、シンガポールでの海外在住期間は計10年。
0→1の立ち上げ期から1→10の成長期、10→100以上の拡大期までの企業規模の中で、マーケティングやブランディングを駆使した新規事業の開発や既存事業の売上拡大・利益向上、業績改善を得意とする。
複数の外食企業の代表や経営陣を歴任、同時に様々な業態の店舗プロデュースを国内・海外で行い、ミシュランビブグルマンを4度獲得。
2013年、博多ラーメン「一風堂」を国内外に展開する(株)力の源カンパニー(現(株)力の源ホールディングス)へ入社。
海外事業全体を統轄するシンガポール本社にて、取締役副社長COOとして既存店の業績改善や新規出店、新業態の開発を含む事業転換期における戦略の構築と具体的な戦術の展開を手掛け、取締役副社長COO在任中の2018年当時には2008年の海外進出以来最も高い利益率を達成。
2019年より独立、現在に至る。

Extensive experience of F&B industries over 28 years, gaining business experience and expertise in a wide range of Japanese F&B industry, as well as in the areas of store development, store operations, R&D, business strategy, and marketing and branding activities.
Professional career started with management experience through a domestic major restaurant to STARBUCKS COFFEE JAPAN, then engaged in business development, store development, and marketing operations for Japanese F&B companies.
Experience also included business start-up, business expansion, and business management operations as an CEO and Board Member at several Japanese corporations.
After gaining many years of professional experience, joined CHIKARANOMOTO organization in 2013. Assigned to CHIKARANOMOTO GLOBAL HOLDINGS based in Singapore, where serving in the executive position of Chief Operating Officer.
In this capacity, been exercising direct discretionary executive control over the entire Hakata Ramen "IPPUDO" global store operations including overall management, performance improvement, and business strategy planning of CHIKARANOMOTO’s overseas stores, and responsible for managing numerous strategic projects with R&D and marketing, creating continuous innovation and growth for "IPPUDO" global business.
Currently working as a Restaurant Consultant since 2019, acquired Michelin Bib Gourmand 4 times in Japan.
